We are an 'all grain and all bounce' bottling works, and that implies we blend our lagers utilizing malt, jumps, yeast and water, just (barring our exceptional delivery brews, we like to twist the standards at times!). We draw motivation from conventional recipes for the vast majority of our lagers; and for other people, we explore different avenues regarding contemporary jumps, surprising malts, or blending and aging innovations.
